For those who know Qubit's team our goal is not just providing world-class cybersecurity, but actually maturing the entire tech sector's thinking to
That smart-oven in the kitchen, your smart front door lock, your modern car / ute / bus / train / ship / plane, that drone in the sky, the med-tech in the hospital, surgery, on you or even in you... How secure is it? And MUCH more importantly how SAFE is that device (or should I say UNSAFE) when it's hacked? That smart appliance in the home might have a 5 star Energy rating, awesome, but does it have a 5 star digital-safety rating? This bus had a service and warrant of fitness 6 months ago to test the physical components, but what about the software the controls the engine and brakes, when were they tested, and what happens when they're hacked?
This is what QONTINUITY strives to answer...
With one human we can test one device of one system at once, and it takes time. With QONTINUITY we test hundreds (or thousands if needed) of devices at once, continuously 24x7.
Using our bespoke intelligent digital-twin / component cloning techniques we not only test for flaws and vulnerabilities, but we create real exploits, properly break things. Then things get interesting... We model blast-radius failures, cascading failures and even forced failures (this component didn't break, so we forced it to see how bad things got...).
Next phase - creating resilience and fail-safe design patterns to implement to be able to model and design systems that not only are secure, but fail-safe when they're not and when they're compromised. That's the REAL answer we want as the public of our modern devices. Don't tell me it's secure and will never be hacked (because I call BS). Tell me that when it IS hacked, it fails-safe and no-one gets hurt.
